What is Sonification?
According to the Sonification Handbook, a broad definition for sonification is "the technique of rendering sound in response to data and interactions.”
It is an key component of auditory display, which encompasses all aspects of a human-machine interaction system.

What is the Highcharts Sonification Studio?
The Highcharts Sonification Studio (HSS)
is web tool for exploring audio charts and sonification.
It was created collaboratively by Highcharts and the
Georgia Tech Sonification Lab.
Is HSS Free to Use?
Yes! The goal of HSS is to provide a simple, intuitive, and accessible tool for users to explore sonification.
It is free to use, and no login is required.
Can I Contribute to HSS?
HSS is in active development, and new releases are published regularly.
Please visit the HSS GitHub Repository to make contributions, log issues, or fork the code to make your own version.

How do I import my data into the Highcharts Sonification Studio?
There are three ways to import data into HSS:
